Applications in, decisions made, cohort welcomed, progress tracked.
For accelerators and startup programmes. One place to take applications, score them fairly, decide, tell applicants, and then hear from every startup every week, without a spreadsheet of emails.
A public page per cohort
Choose your own questions on top of the standard ones, set when applications open and close, and share the link. Applicants need no account, and a closed or unknown cohort shows the same plain page, so nobody can probe for programmes that are not open.
Email confirmation
Applicants confirm their address from a link, and a button on the page does the confirming, so a mail scanner opening the link cannot do it for them. Unconfirmed applications are marked as such.
Blind scoring
Reviewers score each criterion from 1 to 5 against a weighted rubric. They see colleagues' scores only after scoring, and disagreements of 1.5 points or more are flagged.
Bulk decisions
Move many applications at once, with a reason recorded for declines. Each application keeps a history of what changed and when.
Applicant emails
Write the acceptance, decline and waiting-list messages once. Preview them, then send to confirmed addresses only. Each outcome is sent once to each applicant.
Standard terms tracker
Keep your standard terms as numbered versions, send them with acceptance and see which startup was sent which version and what they answered.
Weekly check-ins that nobody has to chase.
Enrol accepted startups
Accepted startups with a confirmed email join the programme as members. Mark each active, graduated or withdrawn; only active startups are asked for check-ins.
Your questions, your day
Choose the weekday and up to six questions, plus one number to track such as weekly revenue or active users. A week that has gone out keeps the questions it asked, so answers always match their questions.
A link of their own
Each active startup is emailed a link that is only theirs, with a reminder three days later if it has not answered. No account to create, and they can edit their answers for 14 days.
A grid of who answered
Every startup by week: answered or missing, with the tracked number. Open a startup to read its answers, or send a reminder to one that is late.
Completion and the number
The cohort report shows how complete each week was, and your tracked number's total and median by week.
Safe by design
Emails go only to active startups you enrolled, at most two a week each and 500 a day per firm. A startup that withdraws, graduates or asks for its data to be deleted is never emailed again.
Straight into your pipeline.
Add accepted startups to your pipeline in one step, choosing the fund. Read the cohort report for the funnel, score spread, time to decide and who applied, and export the applications to a spreadsheet. Applicant data can be deleted on request.
Cohorts, answered.
Which plans include cohorts?
Accelerator, Firm and Institutional, including weekly check-ins. Solo does not include them. The free trial lets you set up and preview one cohort but not open it.
Do startups need an account to check in?
No. Each active startup gets an emailed link that is only theirs. The page shows only their own check-in.
Can applicants see each other or any scores?
No. Applicants see only their own submission page and the confirmation and decision emails you send them.
Is the spreadsheet export safe to open?
Yes. Cells that could be read as formulas are neutralised, so an applicant cannot plant a formula in your export.
